Your level of service is unheard of in the real estate industry.

Greg and I wanted to take a moment to express to you what a wonderful job you did for us as our realtor. We have bought and sold 6 homes in the last 15 years and have never had near the level of service you provided. We’ve used “Top Producers” who we never heard from unless we called them. The best part of your service for us was that you actually managed our home. Once our home was vacant, you treated it as your own. You checked the yard for weeds, kept papers off our front door, made sure our pool was kept clean, and on and on. You went above and beyond and vacuumed our carpets when they needed it. You made sure the house didn’t smell stale by installing room fresheners in the outlets. When another realtor told you a toilet was running, you went to home depot and fixed it!! That is unheard of.
 
We also appreciated your follow-up. Every realtor that came through our home was called by you, often several times until they gave you feedback. You brought many possible buyers through on your own and did everything in your power to sell our home yourself. You even held open houses mid-week and worked from our vacant home just in case the right person might be out looking. We loved your email updates keeping us updated on everyone that came through the house and their status. We enjoyed the competitive database emails we got almost daily letting us know what our competition was doing. You did it all.
 
We have recommended you to friends, and will continue to do so. Your level of service is unheard of in the real estate industry. You did what it took to get our home sold as quickly as possible for the most amount of money possible. You were truly our agent acting in our best interest, not your own. You have what it takes to be a huge success in the field. I know however that the level of service you provide will keep you grounded and doing what you do best, getting homes sold.

I want to take a minute to thank you for all the hard work and attention to detail you put into this sale of my little house. You have been both a professional and a friend throughout this whole process and I had complete trust and faith in you. I truly think the Good Lord was watching out for me when he pointed you in my direction because I could not have wished for a better person to guide me through what were uncharted waters for me.
